The Millinocket School Department is seeking a PreK-5 Elementary Principal for Granite Street School beginning July 1, 2023. The successful candidate will oversee approximately 50 staff members and 225 students. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about student learning and will provide leadership, direction and coordination within the school. The main focus will be on supporting, developing and maintaining effective educational programs that promote the improvement of teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will hold or be eligible to hold the appropriate Maine DOE certification, as well as pass a criminal history records check through the Maine State Police.
